1.2. The terms and conditions of this agreement apply to all visitors to the BOMB SQUAD website and must be read carefully before any use.
1.3. BOMB SQUAD strives to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information on its website.
1.4. The BOMB SQUAD website is for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works, transfer, or sell any information obtained from this site.

2.2. The game is designed for a team of 3-6 people per game session.
2.3. Trademarks and logos displayed on the site are the property of BOMB SQUAD. You are not authorized to use them without written permission from BOMB SQUAD, and you agree that such use may constitute a violation of BOMB SQUAD’s rights.
2.4. All terms and conditions outlined herein form part of an agreement with BOMB SQUAD.
2.5. The BOMB SQUAD website may contain links to third-party sites. The operation of these sites is beyond BOMB SQUAD’s control, and you use them at your own risk.
2.6. BOMB SQUAD collects and stores your personal information without disclosing it to any third party and is committed to ensuring that your personal information’s confidentiality is protected.
2.7. No recordings may be made inside the premises.
2.8. Visitors are not allowed to disclose the game details directly or indirectly to the public.

2.10. BOMB SQUAD may charge customers for damages caused, whether intentional or unintentional.

3.1. The only language for contracting an online agreement is French.
3.2. You must be 18 years or older to book a game.
3.3. It is your responsibility to ensure that the games you book meet your expectations.
3.4. A game booking is only valid once processed by BOMB SQUAD.
3.5. If you wish to transfer your game to someone else, you must contact BOMB SQUAD, either via email or phone, at least two hours before the game’s start time. This transfer may be refused by BOMB SQUAD.
3.6. Booked games may not be transferred or resold for commercial purposes or at a premium. If a ticket is transferred or resold in violation of this condition, the ticket holder or person claiming the right to attend the event will be denied entry.
3.7. You are fully responsible for entering your information correctly on the online booking form. By submitting an online booking form, you guarantee to BOMB SQUAD that all details you have provided are accurate.
3.8. You will receive your booking confirmation by email only. BOMB SQUAD does not send confirmations by post or SMS.
3.9. A booking becomes invalid, and entry will be denied if the team is late by 15 minutes or more. In such cases, the session is non-refundable and non-modifiable.
3.10. Once paid, bookings are non-modifiable and non-refundable.
3.11. Once paid, bookings are not subject to a cooling-off period under Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code.

4. PRICING

4.1. The price (including VAT) of a game is stated on the BOMB SQUAD website in the booking section.
4.2. Prices are determined by the number of participants in a room and the weekly schedule.
4.3. Bookings can only be made via the BOMB SQUAD website.
4.4. Payments are accepted via PayPal or any credit or debit card.
4.5. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
4.6. If fewer participants attend the game than booked, the price difference will not be refunded.
4.7. If more participants attend the game than booked (up to 6 people per room), the price difference must be paid upon arrival.

6. SAFETY

6.1. Every BOMB SQUAD player will be briefed before the game by the GameMaster on the rules of the game. Each player participates at their own risk. Furthermore, BOMB SQUAD is not liable for damages (personal or material) caused by failing to follow the rules provided before the game, improper use of objects in the room, or items present in the room.
6.2. If you are more than 15 minutes late after your booking’s initial start time, the booking is deemed and considered a no-show. You will not be able to play, and a new booking will be required at your expense, subject to room availability.
